NF7-S vs. NF7

I am in the market for a new motherboard and I was leaning towards the Abit NF7-S when I came across a motherboard at excaliaberpc.com that has an attractive price. It is an Abit NF7 board and is rev. 2.0 Does anybody know if this is the same board as NF7-S except no sound and no sata? I do not have a sata hard drive and I am planning on using my turtle beach santa cruz sound card so I have no need for these two features. I recently purchased a barton 3000+ with the 400 FSB to put into my new board. NF7 is only $85 so it seems like a good deal if it has the ultra 400 chipset like the NF7-S.

You got it. Same as the nf7-s minus some fluff. I've purchased three nf7 v2 boards from excal.
