So I've purchased an IC7-G, only to find out of its biggest flaw, the memory voltage limit. I want to run my memory voltage upwards of 3.0V, and I see that the voltage is only adjustable to 2.8V. I've read about the R50 mod to get more voltage, but I don't think I'm capable of doing it. Is there alternative way to get more voltage? Will I have to get a different motherboard? If so, which one should I go with as a replacement? I will be getting a 2.4C, and I plan to run a couple of raptors on the ICH5R. It must also have the Canterwood chipset; I won't settle for Springdale. What would be my best bet?

I think I'll sell this board and get the MSI 875P Neo. It has extra voltage up the yin yang. Would anyone advise against this decision?
