I am about to get a 1.2 Ghz Tbird (tomorrow) and an Asus A7V133 mobo, and as I understand, there is a 200 fsb version, and a 266 fsb version of the Tbird. Which would be best for overclocking? I would like to have the highest fsb attainable (probably between 140 and 155) when overclocking. I am upgrading from a P3 700 @ 980 Mhz, and i know from intel cpu's, if you get the 133 fsb, your overclocking is limited due to the locked multiplier. But for Tbirds it is different. If nobody replies before tomorrow, i will get the 266 fsb version, since it has a closer fsb to what i plan on using. I would really appreciate any info you guys can give me on this.

In my opinion based on my readings, there really isn't justification for the extra money spent on the 266 FSB. I run a Blue core 1.2 200 around the clock at 1.7v 12x120 on the A7V133A with the memory settings set on both optimized and 7ns. Using a FOP38 on the cpu, Globalwin FA420 on both the Northbridge and the Clock Gen, all lapped to the point I can shave in them, under a full load it never climbs over 38C. Take a peek at this screenshot -> http://www.winniefeed.com/overclocking/1440.at.12X-120FSB.1002A-1.jpg :)
I have to agree with the previous poster. There is no evidence that the 266 versions are any different from the 200 versions. Due to the fact that with an unlocked chip you can play with both multiplier and FSB there should be no difference. You may even consider an 1100 Chip. If you can see it, take a look at the Iwill KK266 or 266R boards. Several people including myself have been able to achieve very high FSBs with this board.
Good luck

is your a7v have the kt133a chipset? if it doesn't its probably not able to handle the 133 bus speed of a new 266 bus chip. both the 1200 (200) and (266) can make it up to 1600 with proper cooling. But with your board you might have to go with the 200.
