Has anyone any experienceor advice on These ? I know nothing about peltiers so I couldnt tell if it was half decent or not.

Save your money and get a Watercooling kit instead.
better temps, unless you live in a hot climate location where your ambiant temps are above 85-90F then yeah I see a reason to get the peltier.
