Is this an Antec TP PSU?

Here is what it has to power:

Abit NF7-S v2.0
Athlon XP 1700+ (will be OCed, hoping for 2.5GHz)
4 x Tt SF2
2 Cathodes
9800np (OCed a bit)
2x256 Twinmos/ch-5 windond PC3200
DVD-RW/CD-RW
1 WD 120gig 7200rpm HD

By that most pc's currently wont consume more than 375watts.
