Defogger Repair Kit

Just got A repair kit from NAPA. The question is do you mix both of these Liquids together to unlock the L1.Need some help

Yes, but be careful using the syringes because I accidently pushed too hard and all the mix came out when I only wanted a little bit. Mix equal parts, and apply with a toothpick or I used a needle from my wife's sewing kit.
