OC help with my P4P800 dlx

Hey guy's. I'm pretty new to overclocking and I really need some help. For some reason I can not get my 2.4c to overclock beyond 2.88. This is nice modest OC but I want more:>
Heres what Ive done in the bios:

AI Overclocker-20% ( I have not been able to OC manually at all, avery atempt has failed)
Performance Mode-Turbo

Chipset:
Cas latency-2
Dram pre charge-2
Dram to Cas-2
Dram precharge delay-5
Dram burst length-4
Mem accel mode-enabled
Graphics aperture size-128
Spread spectrum- Enabled
ICH delayed Transition-Enabled

My specs are listed. Do you think my problem is my ram? XMS 3200C2 is not what corsair diggs for this board. Or...is I jes' ignant to da whole thang?

There are some tips

Try not to use the AI overclocker. Use the manual option instead. Use the +/- keys or the Pg Up/ Pg Dwn keys to toggle to the manual mode.
