Laptop Video Question

How do i disable vsync on my laptop? it has intel extreme graphics and i just wanna play a little cs but the vsync is hurting me. i got powerstrip and it doesn't have an option for v-sync. BTW my laptop is a dell insprion 1100. thanks

Are you playing CS with OpenGL acceleration? If so, under powerstrip there's an option to tweak the way OpenGL is handled and you can choose for it to always disable vsync. You have to go under the OpenGL options though. If you still can't find the option I'll post a screenshot when I get home from work.
