I would have to say the big names, like forton/sparkle and the like.
I'm not sure about how they are on amperage, but a Forton or Sparkle should work under most circumstances. I assume Larva, know-all-of-PSUs, will be along shortly and will probably have your answer.
The big Fortron, the 530, is only rated at 18A on the 12V line. According to Fortron themselves though, it is capable of supplying well over 20A on this rail. Their ratings are very much more conservative than the other makers.
The other choice is the Antec True Power series. The 430 is rated at 20A on the 12V line and it goes up by 2A on each of the larger models. These units are a bit pricey, but not too bad if bought from directron rather than newegg.
