what's the different between ic7 and ic7-g ?

and is there a difference in OCs in those MBs ?

Answer to yor question: no.

The biggest difference is the IC7-G has 10/100/1000 onboard LAN, while the IC7 doesn't have onboard LAN at all. If you don't care about the onboard LAN, then it's no biggie. The other differences are just extra bells and whistles on the IC7-G.

Yep, they overclock the same.

The IC7-G also has two extra SATA ports, with a Silicon Image chipset, which may come in handy. The ICH5R ones (which both boards have) are better though.
