I have a Xaser III and i put in a sunbeam rheo yesterday night. It turns out that the front of the sunbeam is NOT flush with the front of the case... is there anyway i can fix this?

I am assuming the XaserIII has drive rails.
Could you reposition the drive rail screws to fit your case?
I have a Chemming/Chieftec case and this is what I had to do for my Vantec Nexus fan controller.

if there aren't any screws, how is it mounted?.. i've never seen the product you're talking about.. so I'm not too positive on what you'd have to do
there are plasitic rails with little things that go into the holes where the screws would go. then you insert the rails into the 5.25 inch bay, and a little latch clicks into place.

ya.. i know the case :) i was referring to the product.. it has to be attached to the rails somehow... and the rails have adjustable screw holes.. so slide the rails a bit more foreward.. tighten them up... then click the thing into place... if its still sticking too far out.. repeat the process until it fits flush
OHHH, ok well i can't adjust the rail they are solid plastic pieces (i need a new digi cam NOW) with little things that stick out to go in where i would actually stick in a screw... and the sunbeam as predrilled holes on the side, so the "little things" stick into the sunbeam, and then the rails slide in... wow thats so confusing... ask me for clarification if you need it. By the way there are no screws whatsever...:( so i can't adjust it

got a screwdriver and a drillbit :D ? .. i mean they're only plastic slide rails.. not like your drilling through your case.. but... you could drill a hole where the screw would need to be (make sure you measure or mark or something beforehand so you know 100% its the right spot)... cut off those things sticking out with a knife or something.. then screw the slide rail onto the sunbeam.. click it into place.. and have it flush
thats a better idea:D i was thinking about drilling the sunbeam... but i like the drilling plastic idea better:D
