I got my heatsink thermaltake II and the artic silver from www.plycon.com with shipping for 33 and change. It seemed to be a fair price and good customer service

www.coolerchips.com has it pretty cheap, and they don't charge much for shipping.

UPDATE - We received an extra large shipment of Arctic Silver II so... from now until Saturday you can get it for the bargain basement price of $6.99!! That's about as cheap as you'll ever see that stuff.
I just paid $10.00 for mine elsewhere.

These guys have Arctic Silver II for $8 and their shipping is cheap.
