VGA Cooling for a ATI Radeon 9700 pro

Hi - I have been looking at these for awhile now and am wondering if anybody has had any experiences with these. I like the fact that the Zalman doesnt have a fan (quiet) but since I plan to try to overclock (not too much) will either of these be a good option? Also will they fit a ATI Radeon 9700 pro?

i don't know about the thermal take but the zalman is very good. some after market cards are coming with those and they're overclocked.
