what happend? please help

i remowed the heatsink and i saw muche cooling glue on the cpu did´nt tought so muche about that , I put the hsf back! presed the power button
it booted but then came the rigester errors! i did´nt have any errors befor i remowed the hsf! and it was stable @ 1,35 @ 1,65 v
now it´s only stable @ 1260 what has happend? is there anything to do about it? have i damged the cpu?

if the cpu gets you that far you haven't damaged it. try removing the hsf, cleaning it and the cpu core with something like rubbing alcohol and reapplying thermal paste (a THIN layer on the core). replace the hsf and try again. hope youhave better luck! :)
