I have an Epox 8KTA2 and it allows the adjustment of VIO as well as voltage core. My Duron is running on a 1.75v core, but I don't know what to set the VIO to....anyone know?

VIO is standard 3.3 for all your pheripherals. Increasing it to 3.4V could help a little to aid stability. I don't know much about effect of increasing is any further. Might be dangerous.

I/O is specified as 3.3v in all specifications, however it generally runs 3.5v base in any good motherboard. I have big balls and usually run 3.70v I/O - that way I can run my memory faster.
