Epox 8KHA question

I have an Epox 8KHA Rev 1.1 board, and on the Epox website it says that only the Rev 1.3 board supports Athlon XPs. As I am in need of a new CPU, I wanted to know if anyone has any first hand experience with 1.1 boards and whether they will run AXPs or not or why they do not.

You must not have read the specs very well. Your board DOES support the XP's but the speed of the prossor is the thing that I am unsure of.

My board will support both Durons and Morgan cores, and Tbirds, but not A-XPs. Not Palominos, TBreds or Bartons.

You could just call Epox and find out if the XP will work.
