GlobalWin WBK38 vs. Alpha PAL6035 Delta

Well I've decided to go w/ Delta fans... I assume that it will be much quieter w/ the case on.

According to Tom's Hardware http://www.tomshardware.com/cpu/01q1/010306/cooler-03.html the Alpha is slightly quieter...actualy by quite a bit 4 db, 3db is double the sound. However GlobalWin is just slightly better at cooling.

They didn't review the WBK38 (new?) or the 6035 DELTA version.....


So what do you guys suggest?
