Just got a barton 2500+ and cant seem to locate the Clock Multiplier ont he board apparently thet are dipswitches.

There are no dip switches to set the multiplier on the 7va board.
ie: (11.5x166)

There is a dip switch for changing your CPU clock - ie: 100x2=200fsb > 133x2=266fsb> 166x2=333fsb

If the board has the same layout as the vax series - it is located adjacent to the pci slots (between the second and third slots)

Your barton (as you may well know) is meant to run at 166x2=333 fsb > set the switch to 166 and turn the barton loose.

I don't know if your board has the auto switch for the CPU clock > It would be best to check your manual and set it accordingly.

Good luck with the barton.:) :)
