How high till vdd needs uppage?

I just got a NF7-S, and my last mobo wouldn't do much. So I'm now wondering how high (generaly) do you have to get your FSB before you need to kick in some more voltage to the MOTHERBOARD?

Ok, I think I have an idea of the answer now. I was just asking because I could only do 180FSB! I think I'm going to try and disable APIC!!
