ATHLON temp 45 C

My athlon is running at 45 C is this too high. I am running a near stock three fan cooler should i get a nother fan?
I need input.

Have u overclocked?
If yes, I think ur temp's are OK.
If no, I think u should get some new cooling.
Are u using Artic Silver, or anything like that?

I agree, if your running unclocked then this is a bit high, invest in some industrial coolers, maybe an Alpha Cooler. Some additional case fans wouldn't go a miss either, some 80mm and some extraction form the middle of the case always helps.

Average temp for these is around the 40 mark, start to panic if it reaches about 50. Then definatly start to do something about it.

Some artic silver II is also a great idea. Makes a suprising amount of difference.
