Im currently installing a w/c system into my pc. To make my pc stand out more i've decided on making a window for my case, only prob. is the measurements to buy plexiglass for the case considering since there are blow holes on the side of case door. After that what other materials would i need. So far all i have to make this project is a dremel & an "ancient" :attn: drill which found in the garage one day, which looks like a relic after the cold war :p . :( Unfortunately will i be able to do this project with just these tools, even though its considered to use a jigsaw?

If youre using a dremel, I would suggest buying Lexan and not acrylic. Unless, you can get it cut for you. Acrylic is hard to machine and likes to shatter. Lexan is easy to cut/drill, though it scratches easier than acrylic.

You can do it. The case side panel is easy to cut. Just measure 3 times.

Fush is right, definetly use lexan. It'll be much easier to cut and more crack-resistant than acrylic. Remember, you can cut the lexan whatever shape you want it to go around the blowhole, OR you can just put the blowhole right in the window itself. You can do the project with just those tools, just take your time and get fiberglass-reinforced cutting bits for your dremel.
