7vtxe+ Problems *trying to help a friend*

System seems to run okay a few problams I've ran prime95 on it and memtest with prime i was receiving errors I figured it may be the memory but it passes memtest , now I've noticed if the processors is clocked down from 2000+ on the 133 bus to 100mhz bus the problem goes away the hsf is a amd stock from a retail boxed 2500+ thanks for any info guys

What are the temps of the CPU and System when you are running Prime?

Good news

Turns out after running prime over and over trying differant memory, gettting to the point of suspecting it may be the motherboard and then it dawned on me to take off the heatsink on the botton was gray rubbery stuff scrapped it off put some thermel compund on , *still was messsing up in prime* added +5% voltage in the bios and now it seems *knock on wood* solid been running prime for 2+hrs
