NEW 8RDA+ rev 1.1 WOES

Well I guess it's being RMA's back to Newegg, Tried it with 2 different cpus all Error code FF. Tried it with out ram and video card still FF, when it should be a memory or vid error. Any other sugesstions before i RMA it tomorrow

RMA it...FF right away means faulty MB or bad BIOS chip...FF after booting up mean...functioning fine...
