Is D-Tek WW fit on my MB ??

I own a ASUS P4PE motherboard and I would like to know if there is holes on this board for the D-Tek white water water block.

I'm too lazy now to open my case to check

I'm sure the holes on the mobo match up with the holes on the p4 mounting plate. Your motherboard did come with one of those stupid black plastic mounting devices for the heatsink right? If it did, then the holes should be aligned..... and even if it didn't i'm sure every mobo in the world would work with it
