Ok, I'm getting a new NF7-S and a Barton 2500+ and I have some questions on the NF7-S. I'm relatively new to PC's, been a mac user my whole life and thus haven't had much experience with PC's although I have succesfully overclocked my AMD 1800+ to a 2200+, which is the highest my current mobo can handle.

I was just wondering what are some of the overclocking utilities that come with the NF7-S? Also, what is SATA? Heh, sorry for the dumb questions.

The Overclocking "utility" on the NF7-S is the Smartmenu III in the bios.

Overclocking the NF7-S is done through the bios and you have a great degree of control over low level machine functions. It is covered in the manual which can be downloaded here: http://www.abit-usa.com/products/mb/manual.php?categories=1&model=6

As for your question "what is SATA?" Sata is the hard drive industry's serialized hard drive interface which was developed when APPLE'S Firewire was rejected by the hard drive industry (this was apple's original target application for firewire: internal hard drives, replacing the speed and flexibility of the then popular SCSI bus.) A SATA cable is only seven wires and is capable of 150MB/s transfer rates
