Resetting cmos

I need help i changed some setting in the bios. I changed the speed of my ram from normal to fast. Now i cant get back into windows or the bios. Sometimes its just a black screen and sometimes its the blue one. I have a ecs l7s7a2 board, i think i have to reset the cmos but idont know how to.
 
Hello All, I'm not personally familiar with the ECS board, though I've heard some good things about it. I think you might want to try over at AMDmb.com forums, they have a section on ECS and the Moderator Killeroy is a real ECS Guru with modding and Ocing these boards. Good Luck.
