UV dye faded

I put Dtek's blue/blue UV dye in my water, and it has faded to the point that you can barely tell.

Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what did you do to bring the color back (just add more?)

I have filtered water (Im a retard, I need to swap with distilled), Zerex, and the UV dye.
 
I use Rit Whitener/Brightener and its AWSOME , I can send you some pics of you want. Email? Its only $2.50 @ the grocery store in the laundry isle. And its very blue:)
