Zalman 7000 vs SK-7 with 48.5cfm fan

Which would be better for overclocking a P4 2.4c? I used search to look for a thread with this similar setup but I could not find one with a fan that was around 48.5 cfm, and I would like to know how this fan would fare against the Zalman.

Not much of a choice, considering that the SK7 is for AMD only... The Zalman would be better anyways, though.

its for amd only? ooops, my bad, didn't realize that, but yea so for sure get the Zalman
