There the heck can I get thermal tape in Vancouver, CA?

I need some thermal tape! I got many good heatsinks lying around and I would like to cut some of tham to make ramsinks for my video card. Only problem is I need thermal tape to attach them. I don't want to use the thermal compound and super glue method. Anyone know where I can get thermal tape in Vancouver, Canada or anywhere else in the lower mainland?

I do have a chipset heatsink with thermal tape almost covering the entire bottom of it. I could cut this, but I doubt I can cut it without damaging the tape.
