Amd identification

I just received my processor today and I would like to make sure its the correct one and find out any history on it . this is what it has on it
AMD Athlon
A1100AMS3B
AVHA 0051MPM
41F12591736
1999 AMD
I bought it used and not OC He told me this is a TBIRD can you tell by these numbers what this is?
Also there is a sticker on the inside of the processor I suppose I should remove it
1 more question should the surface with the ID numbers also be lapped?

Looks like a week 51 T-BIRD 1.1G to me.
The area of the proccessor with the info is the core, I haven't lapped my proccessors and haven't had a problem.

Ok so if its a week 51 how many weeks have they been producing them I just want to get an idea when this was made
