I don't know if you are aware, but I have just found a review on a AMD Athlon C 1200 MHz.

I did not know there was a C version of AMD's famous Athlon.

Acording to this, the C 1200 way outperforms the regular Athlon 1200.

Anyone else ever come across a C version of their Athlon?

Then i have a athlon C. I didnt know this. At default my chip is 9x133bus. I run it at 11x139bus = 1530. My dam board doesnt have any more higher voltages so im stuck at 1530 @1.85v. Can get system to post over 1625mhz but locks in windows.

Yes, I have that exact CPU. The ID on the CPU should say "A1200AMS3C" where the last letter "C" stands for the 266 FSB or version C. Unfortunately, I'm looking forward to oc it, but so far I'm not having any luck at all. All I'm getting it to work is its default clock speed which 9*133=1200. I am using an Asus A7V133 mobo.

I'm not sure if it is the CPU or mobo that is preventing me from overclocking my system.
