View Full Version : WOW p4'S FOR $1 !!!!!!
Hhahahahahah, well i was sufring around the web and I came accros this site. I'm going to assume they are new and are working on getting the web page running because I don't think anyone would sell a p4 3.06 ghz for $20 LOL.
http://www.pc-xtreme.com/cart/agora.cgi?cart_id=7072348.17315*4U6bf5191823.30135 *9B5Rm2&xm=on&product=Intel
HAHAHAA ok I just tried to buy one and you can. HAHAHAAH Crap I wish I had a credit card now, LOL. I would buy like 20 of em and sell them for more. hahahaha
I would imagine they are. When I went they were 19.95 but when you type in a quantity you want it doubles and the prices are messed. Like 10 are like $60. I went to the home page and it says no items are currently for sale. Too bad this was a great deal too :(
lol xp3200's for 1 dollar!
just a test though.

100% reseller ratings. j/p. I wonder what would happen if someone entered their bank info and credit card number, would they be obligated to give it to you for that price, I mean if they are a legit company?

Funny.. little blurb at the top...
"Congratulations! You have successfully installed Agora.cgi 4.0*"
They just installed the software and they already have customers.
phpguru
I wonder what they would say if you contacted them and gave them a piece of your mind cause you want to buy a processor from them for $19.95... I don't know about you guys, but I don't see anything stating that that's a test page, therefore has to be the real thing. ;) ;)

HAHAHAAH, well I would if I had a credit card, lol
As for the software they installed on your comp, don't worry about it. It's just Shopping cart software, once the site goes up 100% you won't even see it install on your comp. All places where you shop online install this sort of thing on your comp with out you even knowing it.
Now about the laws. Hrmmm I wonder if they would have to give you that for $20. I don't see anything on that page about it being a test, but on the other pages it says tests. *Shrug* I dunno about it, but wouldnt it be funny if they had to sell it for that cheap, lol
Too bad I didn't have any money left in paypal, I could have used virtual credit card.

hrm cgi normally stands for computer gateway inteface. It isn't something that installs on your end, it is installed on the server and runs via forms (webpage users) input. Dunno why a page should say that.
I'm very tempted, but if it looks too good to be true, then it probably isn't true.

well, if you pay em and don't get your product, you could sue them...
don't know how much you could possibly get besides the sadistic satisfaction of putting a business out of business before it was even in business

Suing for 20 bucks or 1 dollar will hardly put them out of business but would prob cost you money.
On the other hand
Congrats to Ducker for making it to the O/C medium club. Not a O/Cn00b but not the O/C l337..

that xp 3200 price reminds me of that movie Office Space, where they go to check thier bank balance for thier "fractions of a penny" and have 300 grand in the bank.
the guy says "I must have put a decimal in the wrong place"! lol

It says it will sell me 4 P4 3.06's for 39.90 with $2 shipping. God, I wish this was real.
Edit: woah, the quantity says four, but at the top, it says 2 in cart. This thing is completely screwed up. :p
I updated quantity and it set quantity to 4 at the top and put 16 in the box in the middle (if you can understand that-- its late). This site needs some fixing :p
Maybe it's bill gate's site and he's trying to give back to the community that served him so well :p
I'm in for this deal! And I thought AMD was the best bang for the buck processor.

I'll bet that if someone actually did try to buy something from them, there would be one of two possible outcomes:
a) they would just send an e-mail saying their store is not open yet
b) they rip the person off for all they have and run to Tahiti

LMAO!!! heheheheh. I'm glad you guys found this site as funny as i did, lol.
What I found really funny was that by making the title of this thread P4's for $1 I managed to get over 300 views, lol. We all might think it's too good to be true, but we all clicked the thread and checked it out, LOL.

i tried to order the CPU, but dint have a bank account or CC, and cant use a MO to buy. if they are a business in the USA, they could be sued for false advertising. if they are overseas... good luck seein your money again (if you order, that is ;-) )

Guys, take a good look: This is a website giving a demo of "shopping cart" software. It's not intended to sell products, only to demonstrate how their product works.
lol caffene hogg may be the smartest person of all here....if you checkout it says in comments "thanks for the cheap a** cpu"....its obviously just a demo and i wonder if they have a counter on how many people visit the site.....i bet their laughing at everyone who tried to check out with 100 quantity....like me...rofl

LMAO, now thats funny :D I think the person that added the prices in it didn't do it to well... Throwing the prices off that much i think would deter customers from buying that program wouldn't they?

If they ripped me off for all I have, they'd be lucky to get dinner at Burger King, let alone go to Tahiti. :D

heh. This is quite funny though....I guess we'll have to keep checking up on this site to see if they become a legit company and actually offer good prices on CPUs.
