I strongly recommend the Globalwin GW 802 midi tower.
Very well built, everything comes appart easily, everything attached on thumb screws for quick and easy access. Loads of room inside, the motherboard mount slide out from the back with the cards in tow.
The power supply is above and away from the motherboard, it has 5 x 3.5" bays and 3 x 5.25" bays
They are quite cheap as well, i think mine was £44 inc VAT. You get extra faceplates, screws, etc, and a nifty little thing for the front. It has a molded 3.5" floppy faceplate for the front, but you can take that whole section out if you don't want it as it comes with a second part of the faceplate that fits in its place and give you two 3.5" spaces instead.
Very well made and very cool inside, my 1ghz athlon @1200 is running at around 35 celcious under load at the moment.
It comes without a PSU, so i recommend a nice AMD approved 300 or 350 watt.

Hope this helps.
that seems alot for a case alone
how much would a power supply cost
and how many fans does it come with

does not come with any fans (can take 2x80mm)
Enermax 330Watt ATX PSU AMD £51.11 including VAT (this is an expensive one, usually looking about £30-£35)
It is not expensive when compaired with the coolmaster (£227) and other such cases with fans built into them, they start from about £100 and upwards at least (and their basic naff cases not to the build quality of this case)
from where could i find a good selection of cases like a site
