Do any of you own the Aopen AK79D-400 Max? What do you think of it?

I saw it on Newegg friday morming. as a refurb for $39 . Clicked over to the main page to check the regular price, then back to the refurb section and it was GONE !!! At that price it's a steal !! At regular price I'd add the 20 some odd bucks and go for the Abit NF7-S at ExcalberPC.
