I have a :

Duron 750 (blue core)
MSI K7T Pro2-A mobo
256 MB PC-133 Ram
20 GIG Maxtor
Diamond TNT2 Ultra
Soundblaster live value
48X CD-ROM
2X2X16 CD-Burner (I know it's slow)
56k modem

I have tried to o/c my processor, with no results. When I change the multiplier to anything other than 7.5, it hangs and won't post. I thought maybe I didn't unlock the L1 bridges correctly at first. I have tried a bunch of pencils, soldering, and finally a defogging kit. Still nothing works. I would hope that I could at least get my Duron to 800. It will let me adjust the FSB, but I would rather change the multiplier. Has anyone had any problems like this? Any ideas? Does this motherboard just suck? I'd appreciate your help

Have you tried raising your voltage? My Duron 800 wouldn't pass 850 without a voltage raise, but once I raised it, it went all the way to 1ghz! Give that a try if you haven't already!
