How to get rid of all that startup crap

Of course OC'ing makes you PC faster but I also want it to load up faster so how do I get rid of the Welcome menu or anything else to make it startup faster

This site has many tips for removing/disabling unnecessary Windows services, http://www.blackviper.com/ .

And don't forget to run Bootvis.

Start....Run......type in MSCONFIG......click Start Up. You can un-check the thing's you don't want to start. You do want to keep the one's that are RUNDLL. (Spelling?) And you want to keep your anti-virus too. You can do trial's. If something is missing that you want, just do it again and put the check back.
