I think the most popular solution for low noise, high performance cooling is the Zalman CNPS-7000cu. Its been reviewed here (http://www.overclockers.com/articles735/).

Try the Heatsink and Watercooling review. http://www.overclockers.com/articles373/ Its packed with info.
I have the Coolermaster IHC-H71 on a rheostat and it stays 32c idle and 38c under load.

I am a big fan of the intel stock heatsink/fan. keeps quiet till it needs to cool down.

Heheh that picture is funny I use a Vantec Aeroflow HSF and the Zalman fan mate thats in that review.

You can get a different HS and if its too loud use one of those fanmates, they work well for tuning the noise and only run about 7 bucks.
