Does .4345 still have Coolbits?

Hello,
I'm using powerstrip currently because I can't get Coolbits to work. I went into the registry and added the DWORD then changed the value to 3. I'm using XP.

Yes, the coolbits feature is included in the 43.45 driver set. I just download and install this (http://hardocp.com/files/cool_stuff/geforce_oc.reg) registry entry and it does the dirty work for me. :D
