Ok, I just played RalliSport for Xbox.. I am addicted - what are some good rally games for the PC? :D

Colin Mcrae 3, i dont care for it. Pretty bad graphically and isnt realistic at all, or not as much as ppl claim in to be. Demo for that is also somewhere on the net

Try to find a copy of Rally Trophy. It is by far the best rally game I've ever played.

I've heard of the rally trophy game, never played it, or seen it. I'm gonig to have a search on g00gle and try it out tonight :). Best be a demo!! :)

I strongly reccomend rallisport challenge and rally trophy for the pc aswell. I have a force feedback wheel and I've found rally trophy to have the best feedback of any game I've played featuring force feedback. However for some odd reason I've found that I can play rallisport challenge alot better with a gamepad (I'm usually about 8seconds behind my gamepad when I use the wheel) could this be a nod to it's console roots I wonder?

I highly recommend Rallisport challenge, followed by Colin Mcrae 3. Rallisport has the better graphics and this is a major factor for me.

Rally Trophy is the most realistic. Colin McRae 3 is fun and it's even playable with a wheel now because some fan made a fix (fixes low fps and return to center works in-game). I don't think CMR3 is bad graphically, try some UK rally with heavy rain and view from cockpit, not bad at all.

Ok, I am gonna try Rally Trophy today... RalliSport is just what I thought it was on the PC, but one word... don't use the keyboard! You need to use some sort of an analog device in order to drift and steer correctly... :D

I dont find it that hard with the keyboard :). I just need a g00d video card[ GF2mx400]. Least I got a few more FPS thansk to my overclock..w00t. Just takes little time to get used to the keyboard controls, after that it jsut gets easier. Fun game, extremly nice graphics t00.

Yea, my joystick is acting up so I did an ice level with the the keyboard... it was ackward at first but I still 0wned the computer... anyways if/when I get this game, I am gonna install a Win98 HD so I can use my force feedback wheel. :)

be ready to tweak the ingame control settings with your wheel though, as at default I found them too twitchy, (like a 2-3degree turn on the wheel would cause serious oversteer)

It kicks ass man... the demo doesn't even show what the game can do - I highly recommend it... it's like $20 for XBOX and PC too so it's not a highly expensive game either.

OOIO $20 bucks...YES I saw the game aloonnnggg time ago for like 50, and it slowly disappeared off shelves. I'm going to have to go searching for it again, hopefully pick myself up a nice wheel when I get the money s00n. I got re-addicted to the demo again.....wwwwweeeeeeee Mitsu Evolution!!!! ;) . Anyone here have the game now, or gets the game post how the multiplayer is. Read on box awhile ago there was multiplayer and that feature really sticks out. Would be so fun to rally race.


Als0 just thoguht of another game..... So far it seems to be coming along nicely. HL-Rally (http://www.hlrally.net) Its free and up to 32 ppl can race. Althou on a dated engine plays and l00ks very well. Should be out s00n..hopefully.

Realistic = Mobil 1 Rally Championship 2000

Other nice rally games include Rally Masters , Colin Mcrae 2 and 3 , Rallisport Challenge ( mentioned already in this thread ) . There is one out there called rally legends or something like that but I have never played it .

Rallisport Challenge is a blast. I will have to reinstall it though since when I first started playing it I got overwhelmed with WCIII and didnt finish it and uninstalled instead. I was one of the suckers who bought it for $49.95 too when it first came out lol. I should have waited since it is only $20 now lol.
