View Full Version : What are the AXIA CPUs?
Sorry, I cannot find the answer to this question anywhere and I have been on vacation for a couple weeks so I probably missed this. All I know is that they are somehow better. Any info is appriciated. Thanks!
You will find what you are looking for on the Overclockers home page.
Colin,
Thanks for the reality check. I found what I needed. If there is anyone else with the same problem you can find what you need to know here: http://www.overclockers.com/tips383/
I just stumbled on this http://www.vr-zone.com/#1326 . 2071 mHz from a AXIA!
Thats some sick stuff. Thanks for the link!
Do you suppose it matters that much whether the CPU is an AXIA or not? What is the difference?
There is some evidence that they may overclock better than other chips.

As a bit of additional information, the 1.3Gig and 1.333Gig processors that are/were displayed at OCWorkbench.com were also 'AXIA' processors.
Just a bit more anecdotal evidence.
