Agreed. Newegg typically has some of the best prices around but directron has gobs of PSUs at good prices too.

I recently bought an Antec 480w from Newegg because I've already bought most of my stuff from them and when I had to return something, they were really easy to deal with and even waived the 15% restocking fee on one item that I needed to return.

I bought a Fortron 350w from them also and I don't know if my system was really stressing the ps out or if the ps was faulty but it was making some high pitched sounds every once in a while. I should send it back but I'm not sure so I'll just keep it as a backup ps. I don't want to abuse their policies.

I'm very happy with their service and I'd rather spend a few extra bucks for that service and to support a great online store.

I had almost the same painless service with Directron. Returned a Fortron because it was to loud and they waived the restocking fee.

i got an antec 550 for 95 bucks at directron, i don't know what newegg's prices are now, but at the time directron was cheaper.
