Since my workstation is down, I'm using the slave system and I just noticed how much this stupid 30 dollar heat sink freakin' sucks! Its a coolermaster hcc 002. Its on a 1700+ xp pally at default speeds and at idle its 49c, load 55c with AS3! And its really loud as well. What a waste of money.

Those aren't horrible temperatures, but not any better than the stock heatsink... I know the feeling, because when I wasn't as knowledgeable on cooling, I got a ThermalTake Dragon P4 cooler... That thing is horrible, and the stock heatsink makes it look like a child's toy.
