NF7 @ 400mhz for 65 $ ?

I need a 256mb stick that can run @ 400mhz that is compatible with a NF7 2.0. For 65$ or less, is it possible?

twinmos PC3200 50D is a good value, capable of over 220 in 99% of cases

agreed. that is easily the best option. Everybody i know of has had good results with nf7's and twinmos pc3200.

It's for my dad he has 250$ for a comp upgrade so I'm getting him:
NF7 2.0
Barton 2500+ Retail
Ram ( Brand ? ?)

He's upgrading from a athlon 650. I'm hoping to be atleast @ 10x200 with the barton system to give him a healthy increase in power.

The site shows CH5 not the BH5 chips. Go for the buffalo, those seem to be pulling great FSB and timings these days.

BH-5 vs. CH-5

Whats the difference between the BH-5 chip and the CH-5 chip?Is one faster than the other?I'm planning on getting a NF7 in a couple weeks and also need ram,so this thread is just what I was looking for.
