Unknown device NF7-S

I am working on a NF7-s rev. 1.2 it has win XP Pro sp1 installed with all the updates. I have downloaded and installed the latest drivers from Abit. I have a unknown device in the device manager under USB, it doesn't have a yellow mark beside it or anything it just says unknown device.

Any Ideas what driver I am missing?

the abit mobo manual shows the fix im thinking of...back in the software section....page "c-1" it gives the fix.

right click it, go to properties, reinstall driver, search using your abit cd, and that should fix it....if it is the same thing we are talking about.

Thanks for the help but that wasn't it. I got it figured out. When board was put in the case the wires were put on the pins backwards for one of the ports at the front of the case.
