What does that mean?

This is brand new Kingston Value PC133 128meg stick I just got from Newegg today.

I installed it in my computer and I get this error and crashiness when I use certain programs on it.

Is it bad ram? I really don't want to open the case again if I don't have to, since to get to the ram I have to break the computer down to all the bare parts just to get access. Unhook the PSU, Remove the harddrive, remove the PSU, unhook EVERYTHING from the motherboard..ect ect. :-/

Anyways.. Is there something wrong with the RAM or what? This is not a OCed system, its just a stock word proccessor for the most part.
