I found this pic searching the web
Hmmmm, I'll believe it when I see it in person. It's probably those Japanese again with nitrogen cooled setups. I bet that CPU lasts 2 weeks at 2 ghz.
japanese flash overclocking. probably lasted 5 minutes, never mind 2 weeks!!

Yeah, OCWorkbench or H. Oda!'s son always has that stuff posted..I thought it was cool that Johan De Gelas at Ace's got 1500+ with ambient air, now that rocks.
In a couple of years, 2 gigs will be an entry level PC..that's sad.

I would love to know where they get the money to run these setup, it takes a pretty penny to set up some of the systems they have running.

no kidding, on the site that i found that pic they got my chip 1200 266 up to 1.9ghz. thats insane. Im not sure what they use for cooling. i can only push 1625mhz tops with 2.04v.

I'm sure that you guys have seen these LN2 units..now, if you could only put something like this in a closed loop system..hmmmmm

that's not tooo hard :) just get some freon (wont solidfy) and put it in a watter colling setup (w/o raditor) next insulate the whole thing. next put about 12 172 watt pelts (evil grin) all over the resorvoir cooled by another HUDGE normal warrer coling systom colled by 3 pelts and that cooled by a regualr wattercolling sys.

If you look on the bottom left hand side of the pic you will see some sort of silver casing surrounding his RAM, what the hell is he running his memory at???
ok here`s my idea on super cooling .........
spray an entire system (excluding the hdd) in slicone and then place it in liquid nitogen ??
it could work....ill bet....maybe
