What should I buy?
AMD Thunderbird(100/133 MHz) 1200mhz
or
AMD Thunderbird (266 MHz) 1200mhz

Is it big differans between those two?

Don't waste your money on the T-bird rated at 266. I hear that maybe one out of like 300 regular t-birds CAN'T run at the new 266. They overclock easily.
Also you could just get a t-bird 1000MHz and easily overclock it to at least near 1.2GHz. Save ya a bit O cash.

I say it's better to go for the 1.2 266 chip. From what I have seen most of these have the AXIA code which overclocks much better. I have two 1.2 gig cpu's a 200(AXHA) and a 266(AXIA). The 266 hits 1440 with air and the 200 will only make 1.33
