I'm new to folding. And I have a question, I'm not sure if it's appropiate for this fourm, so if not, please move it to where it should go. Anywhy while folding, I'd check mbm to see what my
+3.3v, +5v & +12v rails are running at. The +3.3v is @3.22v, +5v @ 5.05v & +12 @ 11.90v. I just have a genaric 350 watt psu. Is this acceptiable? Maby it's a dumb question since my computer runs stable. But I just wanted to see how this compairs to what some of you may be getting while folding. Thanks.

Your voltages seem fine. MBM is not really the way to see the actual PSU voltages as the MOBO carries some 'loss'. You should use a multimeter at an empty molex to see what your true volts are. But like i said, your lines look good.

Thanks nikhsub1. By using an empty molex to check for the true voltages, do you mean one of the 4 pin connecters, like you'd use to plug in a fan?

As Nikhsub said, don't worry about them as long as it runs stable. I promise you'll notice when your PSU isn't sufficient any more.

On the other hand, if you try the get as much cream as possible out of the processor, then you can start worrying about the voltages. :)

Like Nik said, those sound fine to me mate! Give it a few weeks at full tilt to make sure it's absolutely stable but if it's not then I'd definitely suspect other things before power from looking at that - drop the overclock, relax mem settings, etc. All the usual stuff! :)
