Epox 8RDA+. Only $83 at NewEgg. I hear that the Asus A7N8X-X is good too. About the same price as the Epox, I think.

MSI KT4V Mobo $98 cdn/ U.S. about 60-70

I have TBred 1700+ XP @ 2.26 Ghz with DDR 333

Seems to be a cost effective solution and it is running great with air cooling.
