I am throwing a tiny party here, mainly just as a reason to have a party. but I took a POS eMachine, ditched the Cyrix II, installed K6-2 475. AND SUCCESSFULLY HIT 501!!! Running great and smooth!!! I know this isnt any major accomplishment, but ya know what MY KIDS ARE HAPPY!!!! LOL HAVE A GREAT DAY ALL!!!!

Common Dad- role up those sleaves, whip out the thermal paste, lap the heatsink, jack up the voltage and go for 550 :O)

Dont forget that k6-2's recognize 2.0x multiplyer as 6.0x..... very handy indeed

I've got the same deal. I set the kids up with a K6III+450 @ 600, set up the logic tech steering wheel and the three boys are doing their best imitations of "Walter Mitty" going around DAYTONA (helmet and all!), in an "overclocked SuperBird"
And we live happily everafter!

Hate to say it but it looks like you are not as good a dad as Frank here, he has done right by his kids. You should prob be locked up as I thought it was illegal to torture kids like that @ only 501 :)
